Marketing campaigns not auto-populating when using Zapier integration

Problem

Marketing campaigns were not auto-populating in Zapier when creating a zap for Google form fills and Facebook Lead Ads. The campaigns would appear initially but stop populating after filling out other fields in the zap.

Solution

Workflow Summary

Delete your current zap and create a new one. Fill out the campaign field first before other fields.

Delete current zap

1. Delete your current zap completely.

2. Create a new zap from scratch using the Create Booking action.

3. Connect to ServiceTitan and verify the connection is active.

4. Fill out the Campaign field first before completing other fields.

5. Select your marketing campaign from the auto-populated list.

6. Complete the remaining required fields in this order:

   1. Name

   2. Address

   3. Summary

   4. External ID (use a unique identifier from your form)

7. Test the zap to confirm it works properly.

8. Clear your browser cache to prevent future issues.

Instructions for Source field

1.  Go to Settings in the top toolbar.

2. In the side panel, go to Integrations > Booking Providers.

3. Create your Booking Provider ID first.

4. Manually type your source name in the Source field in Zapier.

5. The Source field will not auto-populate and requires manual entry.
