Why can't I see the Partner Portal under Integrations?

Problem

The Partner Portal is not visible under the Integrations section in ServiceTitan. This prevents granting access as instructed by a digital marketing company.

Solution

Ensure correct Tenant ID was shared

First, double-check that the Tenant ID you shared with your portal administrator was correct. To locate your Tenant ID:

  1. Go to Settings in the top toolbar.

  2. In the Search field, search for and click on API Application Access

  3. On the Manage API Application Access screen that opens, your Tenant ID is located in the box labeled Your Tenant ID

Open an Incognito browser session

  1. Sign out of your ServiceTitan account.

  2. Open a new Chrome session using the New Incognito Window option. Then, log into your ServiceTitan account.

  3. Go to Settings in the top toolbar.

  4. From the side panel, click Integrations.

  5. Check to see if Partner Portal is included in the list of available integrations.        

    Tip: You can also use the Search field on the Settings screen to search for Partner Portal.

  6. If the Partner Portal option is listed, you can close all browser windows and tabs and then follow the steps to access the Integrations section again in a regular browser window.

  7. After you have located the Partner Portal option, follow your digital marketing company's instructions to grant access.        

    1. Click on the Partner Portal option.

    2. Follow the provided steps to grant access.
