Overview of the Partner Portal

ServiceTitan offers enhanced functionality through partner portals. The partner portal allows partners to access and modify your account data as applicable, based on permissions set by the partner.

Granting partners access to your accounts ensures increased visibility of account data and encourages direct implementation of best practices. To access partner portals in ServiceTitan, navigate to Settings > Partner Portals.

ServiceTitan recommends enabling portal access to partners to maximize business operations. Granting access to partners to view and modify your account data ensures that you are utilizing all that ServiceTitan has to offer. With partner portals enabled for your accounts, partners will have the opportunity to view your account data to help implement best practices within your company.

Portal Users

Where to View a List of Portal Users

To view a list of portal users, complete the following:

Navigate to Settings > Partner Portals.

Click into the desired portal.

A list of active portal users will appear.

If you would like to see a list of inactive users, click Show inactive.

To see only active users again, click Hide inactive.

Permissions

Where to View Portal Permissions

Portal permissions are set by partners when the portal is created. To view portal permissions, complete the following:

Navigate to Settings > Partner Portals.

Under Permissions, click View.

When you click View, a list of permissions will appear.

📌 Note: Each portal may have a different set of permissions. You will be able to view portal agreement permissions at any point in time, whether your portal is enabled or disabled.

Enable Access

How to Enable Portal Access

To enable portal access, complete the following:

Navigate to Settings > Partner Portals.

Locate the portal you would like to enable.

Under Access, switch the toggle from OFF to ON.

When you switch the toggle to ON, the Legal Agreement will appear.

Read through the agreement.

When you are finished reading the agreement, check I agree and accept these terms and consent to Partner's access to my ServiceTitan account and data.

📌 Note: If you are unable to check the agreement box, scroll to the end of the agreement and try again.

Click Grant Access.

Once you click Grant Access, portal access is enabled.

Disable Access

How to Disable Portal Access

To disable portal access, complete the following:

Navigate to Settings > Partner Portals.

Locate the portal you would like to disable.

Under Access, switch the toggle from ON to OFF.

Once you switch the toggle to OFF, portal access is disabled.

Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs

What kind of access to customer accounts do partners have?

Each portal is created with a set of permissions that partners have access to. When customers choose to enable partner portals, they will see a list of permissions the partner has access to. Partners and customers will be able to view the list of permissions at any point in time.

What kind of abilities do customers have to turn partner access off?

ServiceTitan allows customers to disable portal access if desired. Customers may choose to enable portal access at any time in Settings > Partner Portals.

Why do customers need to accept a legal agreement to use portals?

Customers must accept a legal agreement to use partner portals. This ensures that customers have read the legal terms and have chosen to grant partners access to their accounts.

Legal Agreement

ServiceTitan offers enhanced functionality through Partner Portals. By activating a specific Partner Portal, you grant access to your ServiceTitan account and specific permissions with respect to your account to the company or individual operating and administering the Partner Portal, together with any additional persons authorized by them (such persons, collectively, the “Partner”). By clicking “Accept” below, you are granting Partner the right to access and modify your ServiceTitan account, and you consent to the disclosure of your account data to Partner. The rights that you grant may in some cases exceed the rights that you grant to your employees or representatives. You agree and acknowledge that Partner may be empowered to alter the information in your ServiceTitan account and that ServiceTitan cannot control and will not be responsible for Partner’s activity in or with respect to your account. You agree to hold ServiceTitan harmless from any damage or losses resulting from Partner activity in your account. Permissions granted vary for each Partner Portal. By activating this Partner Portal, you are granting Partner and its individual representatives the right to do the following with respect to your account, employees, individual jobs and call, as applicable.
