Problem

You need to access the ServiceTitan Developer Portal and obtain an app key for integrating applications with ServiceTitan but are unsure how to do so.

Solution

Workflow Summary

In order to log into the ServiceTitan Developer Portal, you must have the following permissions enabled:

  • Generate API Application Key
  • Manage API Application Access

After these permissions are enabled by an administrator on your team, or if you already have the permissions enabled, you can access the Developer Portal.

  1. Go to https://developer.servicetitan.io/
  2. Click Log In & Create Apps.
  3. Select Login as Production Environment User.
  4. Enter your ServiceTitan account credentials.
  5. After you log in, follow the instructions on Create an Application, API Scopes and an App key to create your app and obtain the app key.
