Why are our technicians still getting Rilla pop-up notifications on the mobile app even though we no longer use Rilla, and how can we disable it?

Introduction

This guide provides steps to disable the Rilla notifications.You must remove the connection under Settings > Integrations > API Application Access. You can also contact Rilla Support to have them remove your Tenant ID on their side. 

Problem

Technicians receive Rilla pop-up notifications when they tap "Arrive" in the mobile app. This happens even though the company no longer uses Rilla.

Solution

Remove Rilla integration

  1. Go to the Settings in the top toolbar.

  2. In the Search field, search for API Application Access and click on it.

     

  3. Locate the Rilla Voice integration in the list of applications.

  4. Click on the toggle switch next to Rilla Voice to disable it.

  5. Confirm the action if prompted.

  6. After disabling the Rilla Voice integration, we also recommend contacting Rilla Support to remove your Tenant ID from their end, so the application will no longer show in your account. 

  7. Inform your technicians that the Rilla pop-up notifications should no longer appear. To test the app to see if the notifications are disabled:

    1. Ask technicians to test by tapping "Arrive" in the mobile app.

    2. If the issue persists, have technicians log out and log back into the mobile app.

    3. If problems continue, clear the app cache on technicians' devices.
