Problem
A customer received a dispatch notification email, but there was confusion about the job it was related to.
Solution
Follow the steps below to solve the issue.
Identify the job linked to a specific dispatch notification
Go to the top toolbar and click Search
.Search for Customers & Locations with the email address in question.
Open those records to find any jobs that may be occurring for today's date and confirm one of those jobs is where the email was sent.
If the email is on the wrong customer or location, it should be removed to prevent further notifications that don't belong to them.
