Problem
The job was booked outside of the service area that shouldn't have been booked.

Follow the steps below to solve the issue.
Fix a job booked outside the service area
Go to the top toolbar and click Search
.Find the job you want and open it.
Check the job audit trail and see which user booked the job.
If the business name shows as the User who booked the job, it was likely booked trough an integration and the third-party should be consulted to prevent it from occurring again.
If the job was booked by a real user, please contact support for further investigation.
