Problem
You need to know who deleted memberships, but can't find this information.
Solution
Go to the navigation bar and click Reports.
Search for the Membership Summary Report.
Select a date range and click Run Report.
Set the status of the membership to Deleted.
Click on the membership that you want to find out who deleted.
Click View Audit Trail. This opens a new window.
Use the date filters to match the period you're interested in. If you're unsure, start with the last 365 days.
Look for entries labeled as deleted in the audit trail.
Identify the user who deleted the membership. The audit trail includes usernames or identifiers next to each action.
