   1. For each qualifying customer, go to their customer profile.

   2. Go to the Memberships section.

   3. Click Add Membership and select the appropriate membership plan.

   4. Adjust the price to $0 for the complimentary membership.

   5. Save the changes.

   1. Visit the ServiceTitan Community Ideas portal.

   2. Click Post an Idea or search for a similar suggestion to upvote.

   3. Fill in the Idea submission form with the following information:
