Problem
Servicetitan does not support automatically adding a membership to non-members based on spending thresholds.
Solution
Since ServiceTitan does not offer an automatic way to add memberships based on spending thresholds, follow these steps to manage the process manually and suggest improvements:
Manually identify potential memberships:
Run a report to find jobs or invoices that exceed your set revenue threshold.
Check if the customers associated with these jobs or invoices are current members.
Manually add memberships:
For each qualifying customer, go to their customer profile.
Go to the Memberships section.
Click Add Membership and select the appropriate membership plan.
Adjust the price to $0 for the complimentary membership.
Save the changes.

Title: Auto-generated Complimentary Memberships
Problem: Jobs exceeding a revenue threshold should automatically generate a membership.
Suggested Solution: Implement an auto-task setting for fees with parameters (e.g., if the invoice exceeds $1500 and the customer is not a current member, then add a 1-year annual membership at no charge).
Workaround: Manually running a report daily and adding memberships.
Submit your idea and encourage others to upvote it.
By following these steps, you can manage complimentary memberships manually and contribute to potential future automation features in ServiceTitan.
