What is the process for permanently removing Expiring and Not Attempted renewal opportunities that are no longer valid in ServiceTitan?

You have Expiring and Not Attempted renewal opportunities that need to be deleted.

Solution

With the steps provided, you can clean up your account by removing invalid renewal opportunities. This helps keep your ServiceTitan account organized and up to date.

Remove invalid renewal opportunities

1. Go to the Follow-up tab.

2. In the side menu, select Expiring Memberships.

3. Filter the expiring memberships as needed.

4. Click Export > Excel.          

5. Export the list of memberships that are expiring and have not been attempted for renewal.

6. Write an email clearly stating that you want these opportunities to be permanently deleted and attach the Excel file you created or exported.

7. Send the email to ServiceTitan's support team at support@servicetitan.com.

The ServiceTitan support team will review your request and send it to the ServiceTitan data team. The data team will remove the invalid renewal opportunities from your account and let you know after it's finished.
