Problem
You noticed that the billing run for memberships seemed to fail, and you are concerned that most of the payments failed.
Solution
Note: Payment failures can happen for various reasons, such as insufficient funds or closed accounts. If the run status shows as Incomplete due to unattempted payments, it often indicates that most payments were successful.
Check failed payments in billing run
Go to the navigation bar and click Accounting.
Click Recurring Billing.
In the side menu, click Billing History.
Specify the date range of the billing run that you want to check.
Click the billing run you want to check.
Look for the total number of payments under the Failed Payments section.
