Problem

You need to make saving a credit card mandatory for membership sales.

Solution

Currently, ServiceTitan does not have a feature to force saving a payment method when selling a membership. You can submit this idea in the Ideas portal for future consideration.

  1. Go to the Knowledge Base and click Ideas.

  2. Search to see if a similar idea exists using search.

  3. If there is an existing idea, upvote it to add support. Otherwise, click Add A New Idea.

  4. Add the necessary information then click Add Idea.

  5. Visit the Ideas portal to see if there are any updates on the idea or if it has been planned for a future release.
