What is the process for sending a mass email to all customers and exporting a list of all customer emails in ServiceTitan?

Introduction

Search for active customers in ServiceTitan, then export the list to Excel or CSV. Mass emailing isn't allowed, but you can export a list of your customers and use that to mass email outside of ServiceTitan. If the export fails, ask your administrator for permission or assistance.

Problem

ServiceTitan does not support sending mass emails directly. You may face issues exporting customer emails due to permission restrictions.

Solution

Export a List of All Customer Emails

1. Go to the search tab in ServiceTitan.

2. Search for all active customers.

3. Click on the dropdown next to the search button.

4. Choose the export option. You can either Export to Excel (.xlsx) or Export to CSV (.csv).
   

Note: If you cannot export, ask an administrator at your company to grant you the permission or to perform the export.The administrator should follow steps 1 to 4 to export the list.
