Overview
The Time Clock feature lets office employees track their time with timesheet activities.
On the Time Clock screen, you can:
Set up your timesheet if it’s the first time you're accessing it
Who uses this feature
Administrators, office employees
Primarily for Commercial Service and Replacement business types.
Feature configuration
The View employee time tracking and edit page permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
Things to know
This feature is available with Flexible Timekeeping. If you're using Legacy Timekeeping, use Clock in and out from the office instead.
Save frequently used activities to your Time Clock by clicking More Actions > Pin to top.

Set up your Time Clock
If this is your first time clocking into an activity, you need to choose which activities you want to log time against.
Go to the top toolbar and click your Profile
.Select Time Clock from the dropdown.

Read through the Welcome to Time Clock message. Click Start Using Time Clock to select frequently used activities, or click Learn More for more information.

In the Welcome to Time Clock section, remove or add activities you frequently use.
Click
to select additional activities.Click
to remove activities.
After selecting activities, click Add.
The Time Clock screen refreshes to display your selected activities. You can begin logging time against these activities.
Clock into an existing activity
Go to the top toolbar and click your Profile
.Select Time Clock from the dropdown.

Locate the activity you want to use to clock in and click Clock In.

Tip: Save frequently used activities to your Time Clock by clicking More Actions
> Pin to top. 
The selected activity may ask you to enter information related to that activity. If necessary, enter the following fields:
Job #: This option is selectable if you select an activity that allows a job to be associated with it. You can search for a job by job number or address.
Project #: This option is selectable if you select an activity that allows a project to be associated with it. You can search for a project by project number or address.
Note: If you select a job, the system automatically prefills the Project # field based on whether or not a job is associated with a project.
Project Label: This option is selectable if you select an activity that allows a project label to be associated with it, and the project number selected has project labels set up.
Labor Type: This option is selectable if you select an activity that allows a labor type to be associated with it.
Tag: Select a tag related to the activity.
Memo: You can write a memo if you select an activity that allows a memo to be associated with it.
Note: You can also enter this information when you clock out.
When finished, click Save.

Select additional activities to log time against
Go to the top toolbar and click your Profile
.Select Time Clock from the dropdown.

In the Time Clock section, click Add Activity.

Select the Activity you want to clock in to, then click Add.

The activity is added to your Time Clock. Click Clock In.

Clock out
You can clock out or switch to a new activity when you finish the activity.
To clock out of an activity, click Clock Out.

To automatically clock out of an activity and clock into a new activity, find the new activity you want to clock in to and click Switch Activity.

The Switch to Activity message opens, asking you to confirm you want to end your current activity and start a new activity. Click Switch Activity to confirm.

When clocking out or switching activities, you may need to enter additional required details depending on the activity. If necessary, enter the following fields:
Job #: This option is selectable if you select an activity that allows a job to be associated with it. You can search for a job by job number or address.
Project #: This option is selectable if you select an activity that allows a project to be associated with it. You can search for a project by project number or address.

Project Label: This option is selectable if you select an activity that allows a project label to be associated with it and the project number selected has project labels set up.

After you've entered additional details, click Save.

You can then either clock out or switch to a new activity.
