Things to know
It is possible to save a timesheet without an end time. If you attempt to log a second activity without closing the first, ServiceTitan will close the first activity at the start time of the next activity as long as they are on the same day. It also allows you to edit the prior ongoing timesheet activity if you select it. If you have an employee or a technician who has an ongoing time entry from a prior day, make sure you have ongoing time entries set up so the system automatically closes the ongoing time entry.
Use filters to locate timesheets
On the Timesheets screen, you can use the following filters:

Job #: You can filter to a particular job, and it displays only entries associated with that job and the other filters selected.
Note: Paid time off totals do not show if this filter is selected.
Project #: You can filter to a particular job, and it displays only entries associated with that job and the other filters selected.
Note: Clear the job filter to show all entries associated with a project. Paid time off totals do not appear if this filter is selected.
Project Manager: Select the project manager from the list to display only entries associated with the selected project manager.
Name: Narrow results to an employee. You can search to find an employee, select All, or select None to remove any previously selected employee.

Date Range: You can select a pay period from the dropdown or select a custom date range.
Custom Date Range: You can select a custom date range if a longer time period is needed. Click Select Custom Date Range, enter the Start and End Dates, and click Submit.

Only show dates with entries: Toggle this on to only show days with time entries added.
Only show entries closed by the system: Toggle this on to only show entries that were closed automatically by ServiceTitan. See Set up and use ongoing time entries for more.
