The Time Clock tracks your timesheet hours in ServiceTitan. You can clock in and out and also track meals and non-job events like meetings and training sessions.

Things to know
This feature is available with Legacy Timekeeping. If you're using Flexible Timekeeping, see Use the Time Clock to track your time.
Your account must have certain permissions enabled to access the Time Clock. Contact your account administrator for assistance.
Non-job events are paid or unpaid timesheet events that are not linked to a job, for example, meetings and training sessions. Each non-job event type has its own timesheet code.
Clock in and out
Sign in to ServiceTitan using your account credentials.
If you’re prompted to clock in, click Yes in the pop-up to automatically clock in.
Or, to manually clock in, go to the top toolbar, click your Profile icon and click Time Clock.
The Time Clock opens.If you’re clocking in manually, click Clock In.

Note: You can exit the Time Clock screen without affecting your clocked in status.
At the end of your workday, go to the Time Clock and click Clock Out.
Track meals and non-job events
You can only start meals and non-job events when you’re clocked in to the Time Clock.
Go to the top toolbar, click your Profile icon
and click Time Clock. The Time Clock opens.
Click Start for the non-job event you want to track.

When the event is over, click End.

Non-job events are tracked in the Other Time column of your timesheet.
