Things to know
You can interact with Field Pro using your voice or by typing. You can switch between modes at any time.
When asking questions, Rep Companion draws from your most recent calls, not your entire recording history.
Roleplay sessions simulate a real customer conversation so you can practice before your next job. Field Pro plays the role of the customer.
Use cases
You wrap up a job where the customer declined a replacement quote. Open Rep Companion, ask What did I miss in that conversation? and get a summary of moments where the pitch lost traction.
You ask, Have I been leading with the warranty benefit in my calls this week? to check a pattern across your last five recordings.
Use Rep Companion in the Field Pro app
Open the Field Pro app.
Tap Chat to open Rep Companion.

Choose how you want to interact: tap the microphone icon
to use your voice, or type your message.
Start a conversation with Field Pro. Here are some things you can do:
Debrief after a call. Ask Field Pro about a recent conversation to understand what happened and how to improve. For example: "What did I do well on my last call?" or "How did I handle the pricing conversation?"
Practice with roleplay. Ask Field Pro to act as a customer so you can rehearse your approach before a job. For example: "Let's practice a call where the customer says the price is too high." Field Pro plays the customer and gives you feedback when you're done.
Ask about multiple calls at once. Get insights across several recent recordings in one question. For example: "How often did I offer financing this week?" or "What objections have I heard most in my last five calls?"
When finished, tap Exit.

Keep the conversation going with follow-up questions, or start a new topic whenever you're ready.
