How can I update the wording in the Authorization Paragraph section of my invoices in ServiceTitan?

Problem

The Authorization Agreement section on invoices contains default wording that needs to be updated or customized for your business needs.

Solution

Update Authorization Agreement on invoices

  1. Go to the top toolbar and click Settings   .

  2. In the side panel, click Operations > Business Units.

  3. Select a business unit and click Edit.

  4. Scroll down to find the Authorization Paragraph field and update it.

  5. Click Save to apply your changes.

Note: If you want to remove the Authorization Paragraph section entirely from your invoices, delete all text from the Authorization Paragraph field. This prevents the section from appearing on your invoices.

Tip: The Authorization Agreement is a file that is uploaded from the computer. The Authorization Paragraph is a text that you input.
