How do I update the text in the footer of my invoice in ServiceTitan?

Problem

You need to update the disclosure text on your invoice footer but can't remember where to find this option in ServiceTitan.

Solution

Follow the steps below to solve the issue.

Update the invoice disclosure text

1. Go to the top toolbar and click Settings .

2. In the side panel, click Operations > Business Units.

3. Click Edit for the business unit you want to update.

4. On the Details tab, in the Authorization Paragraph field, edit the authorization paragraph. 

5. When finished, click Save.

6. Repeat steps for each business unit if needed.
