Where can I update the Terms and Conditions text that appears on printed invoices in ServiceTitan?

Problem

You need to update legal text that appears on printed invoices but can't locate where this text is stored in ServiceTitan.

Solution

  1. Go to Settings > Operations > Business Unit.

  2. Click Edit next to the business unit for your job.

  3. Scroll to the Authorization Paragraph section.

  4. Update the text.

  5. Click Save.
