Set up your default forwarding number

Overview

For phone integration to work, enter your default call forwarding number. This number, also known as the forward calls to number, is the physical phone line in the office to which incoming calls from the tracking numbers that you advertise and give to customers are forwarded by default. Like all your other back office lines, this is an unadvertised number that you shouldn't give out to customers.


Who uses this feature

  • Office Employees

  • Account configuration is required. Please contact Technical Support for details.

  • Permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

Set up forwarding number

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. > Phones > Phone Numbers.

  2. Click Set Forwarding Number.

  3. Enter your default forwarding number.

  4. When you're done, click Save.
