How can I set up notifications to be alerted when emails bounce or fail to deliver?

Problem

Emails that fail to deliver or bounce are not generating notifications.

Solution

Follow the steps below to solve the issue.

Set up an email alert

  1. Go to the top toolbar and click Settings .

  2. In the side panel, click Integrations > Alerts.

  3. Click Add.

  4. Select the Email Delivery Failed type.

  5. In the Recipients field, add the people who should receive notifications.

  6. In the Delivery Method field, select whether you want the selected recipients to receive notifications by SMS, Email, or both. 

  7. Save the alert settings. For more, see Use alerts.
