How do I set up email notifications for failed emails, and does the 'Email Delivery Failed' alert notify us about all failed emails, including estimates?

Problem

Solution

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Alerts.

2. Click Add.

3. Select Email Delivery Failed for the Type and set up the alert according to your preferences.

The Email Delivery Failed alert notifies you when an email status changes from Sent to Dropped, Bounced, or Failed. This includes all types of emails, including estimates.
