How can I add new recipients for failed autobatched emails?

Problem

Enable the Receive payment autobatching failure emails permission in Settings for any employees that should receive emails if autobatching payments fail.

Solution

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings.

  2. Go to People > Employees.

  3. Find the employee you want to receive emails when autobatching payments fail and click Edit.

  4. Select the Permissions tab.

  5. Select the Receive payment autobatching failure emails permission.

  6. Click Save Changes.

Now, that employee will get an email if autobatching payments fail.
