How can I remove duplicate membership service items?

Problem

A membership service appears in Mobile Preview under the category when it should not be there. Unwanted membership services appear because they exist in your Services tab in Pricebook. Deactivate them from the Services section to remove them from Mobile Preview.

Solution

Locate and deactivate the membership service

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.

  2. In the side panel, click Services.

  3. Find the membership service item.        

    Tip: Check if you have any filters active that might hide services.

  4. Click Actions and select the Deactivate option. Menu options for managing service prices, including deactivate and edit features.

  5. Click Mobile View and confirm only the correct membership service appears in the category.
