Register for Texting Action Cancelled Error: Can't find the state XX

Problem

Companies may run into the brand registration error "Action Cancelled: Can't find the state XX" in ServiceTitan when trying to register their company with TCR to enable texting. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the error.

Solution

Enter state name

  1. Navigate to the ServiceTitan Register to Enable Text Messaging page by clicking Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. > Your Account > Register for Texting.

  2. Click Edit in the Your Information section. Cursor clicking Edit in the Your Information section

  3. Click the State dropdown and select the correct state from the dropdown list. Cursor clicking the State dropdown and selecting the correct state from the dropdown list 

  4. Make sure all other company information is correct, and then click Next and finally Submit.
