How to limit the visibility of proposal and estimate templates for technicians based on their assigned Business Units?

Problem

Technicians can see all estimate templates. You want them to see only the ones related to their Business Units (BUs).

Solution

This process ensures that technicians only see the proposal and estimate templates assigned to their Business Units.

  1. Go to Pricebook.

  2. Click on Templates.

  3. Select Proposal templates.

  4. Find the template you want to edit. Click Edit.

  5. Click on View Edit Details.

  6. Look for the option to Add BU.

  7. Choose the Business Unit you want to assign to the template.

  8. Click Save.
