You can control when estimate links are sent to your customers, ensuring they only receive them when you're ready.

Follow these steps to stop premature estimates from being emailed to customers

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Search for Email under the Invoicing section.

  3. On the email settings page, find the Estimate tab.

  4. Adjust the settings under Resend the estimate setup to None to prevent the system from sending estimate links prematurely.
