Problem
Proposal templates are set to show only for a specific Business Unit (HVAC-Sales) and are not visible on mobile or computer.
Solution
Your proposal templates should be accessible for all Business Units, ensuring they show up as expected on both mobile devices and computers.
If the proposal template still doesn't appear for a technician in ServiceTitan Mobile, check their settings on the Proposal Estimate screen. Their settings may be preventing the proposal template from appearing. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling ServiceTitan Mobile on their device.
Make proposal templates visible for all business units
Open ServiceTitan on your computer.
Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.
In the side panel, click Templates.
Select Proposals.
Find the proposal template you are having issues with.
Check the Business Unit settings for the template.
Remove the specific Business Unit (HVAC-Sales) restriction. This action will allow the template to be visible across all business units. Or, you can add more than one business unit to the proposal template.
Save your changes.
Test the visibility of the proposal template on both mobile and computer. Make sure it now appears when creating estimates.
If the proposal template still doesn't appear for a technician, check their settings in ServiceTitan Mobile.
Check Technician Settings in ServiceTitan Mobile
Open ServiceTitan Mobile.
Go to the Proposal Estimate screen.
Make sure the category is set to All. This ensures types of proposals are visible.
On the same screen, check that all business units you use are selected. This makes sure the filter isn't hiding any proposal templates.
If the above steps don't resolve the issue, uninstall ServiceTitan mobile from your device and reinstall it.
Check if the missing proposal templates are now showing.
