Invoice footer for Neighborly accounts

Overview

When you print or email an invoice, there is a footer that is specific to the Neighborly franchises at the bottom of the invoice. The invoice footer promotes services that other Neighborly service professionals offer based on the customer's service location.


Who uses this feature

  • Accountants and project managers

Feature configuration

  • Account configuration required. Please contact your customer success manager.

  • This feature is currently in closed beta and is subject to change.

  1. Find and open the invoice you want to print or email.

Follow the steps to email or print the invoice:

  1. Click Print to print the customer invoice.

  2. Click Email to email the customer invoice.

A copy of the customer invoice opens.

At the bottom of the invoice, you can see a footer associated with the Neighborly account.

The invoice footer includes:

  • Title of the franchise

  • Neighborly logo

  • Services        

    Note: These are services which are available based on the service location of the invoice.

  • Neighborly website and phone number

When you click the footer, the Neighborly website opens.

Note: If there isn't enough space at the bottom of the page to fit the footer, the footer is printed on the next page.
