How can I integrate Lace AI with ServiceTitan using the API portal?

Problem

Lace AI integration requires API portal access and proper tenant configuration.

Solution

Contact Lace AI with your ServiceTitan Tenant ID. Then approve the connection in your API settings.

Integrate Lace AI

1. Go to Settings in the top toolbar.

2. In the Search field, search for and click on API Application Access. 

3. On the Manage API Application Access screen that opens, your Tenant ID is located in the box labeled Your Tenant ID. 

4. Provide your Tenant AI to Lace AI, then wait for them to add it to their application.

5. After Lace AI notifies you that your integration is set up on their end, go to Settings in the top toolbar of ServiceTitan.

6. Select API Application Access, then click Create New App.

7. Find Lace AI in the available application list and select it to connect.

8. When prompted, approve the connection.
