What steps do I take to enable Chiirp integration?

Problem

You want to enable the Chiirp API integration but lack admin rights and data change permissions.

Solution

Workflow Summary

1. Contact Chiirp and let them know you’re interested in integrating them with your ServiceTitan account. 

2. Then, go to https://go.servicetitan.com/#/shop/chiirp and click Get Started. 

3. Fill out the information in the form and click Agree & Submit. 

4. Contact ServiceTitan Technical Support.

5. Tell the support agent you need Chiirp API integration enabled.

6. Provide the email address of an administrator who can approve changes if it isn’t you.

7. Ask the support agent to CC you on the approval email.

8. Wait for the admin to respond to the email with approval.

9. After Chiirp approves the integration, the Chiirp team will contact the ServiceTitan Integrations team to add the appropriate webhooks to successfully complete the integration. 

10. Reply to the same email thread when you hear back from Chiirp.
