How can I integrate Zyra Talk with my ServiceTitan account?

Problem

You need to integrate Zyra Talk jobs integration with ServiceTitan but cannot find setup information.

Solution

Workflow Summary

Contact Zyra Talk and give them your ServiceTitan Tenant ID. Find your Tenant ID in Settings under API Application Access. Then follow the steps to connect to the application.

Establish the integration

  1. Contact Zyra Talk to start the integration process.

  2. In ServiceTitan, go to Settings in the top toolbar.

  3. Select API Application Access.

  4. Find the Tenant ID box.

  5. Copy your Tenant ID.

  6. Provide your Tenant ID to Zyra Talk to complete the integration.

  7. Once the application is added from the Zyra Talk team, go to Settings > API Application Access and click Connect New App. 

  8. Select the Zyra Talk option and then click Connect. 

  9. Generate the Client ID and Secret using the application, and share it with the Zyra team to establish the integration.
