How to find customers by their associated tags?

Problem

You need to identify customers with tags like Young, Mid, Old, but aren't sure the easiest way to see all tags at once.

You can use the Customer List report or Search tab to find customers. Filter by the specific tags you need.

Use the Customer List report

1. Go to Reports in the main navigation menu.

2. Use the Search field to search for the Customer List report.
   

3. Use the filters to set the scope of your report, then click Run Report.

4. After the report loads, click Filter in the Customer Tags column.

5. In the field under Contains, enter the name of the first tag you want to see all associated customers for. For example, enter Young if you are looking for all customers with that tag. Then click Filter.
   

6. The report refreshes, showing all customers associated with that tag.

7. Repeat for all additional tags you're searching for.

Tip: Click Export after filtering for specific tags to export the list of customers associated with that tag.

Use Search to find customer tags

1. Go to Search in the top toolbar.

2. In the dropdown, select Customer.
   

3. In the Tags filter, select the tags you want to see all associated customers for.
   

4. Click Search.
   

5. The Search screen updates, showing all customers associated to the tags you entered.
