Problem
You need to add multiple tags to many customers in ServiceTitan. Manually adding these tags to each customer would be time-consuming.
Solution
Submit a customer tagging request
Create an MS Excel file with a list of customers.
Ensure the Excel file includes the following information:
Customer names
Any existing tags (if applicable)
Contact ServiceTitan Technical Support through chat or email.
Explain your request to add the tags to all customers in the file.
When prompted, send the Excel file to the support agent by email.
Confirm with the agent that you want tags applied to all customers in the file.
Wait for the support agent to review your request and file.
The support agent will submit your request to the data task team.
Wait for an email confirmation from the data task team.
The data task team completes the bulk tag addition within 24-48 hours.
Check your email for an update on the completion of the task.
Verify in ServiceTitan that the tags have been added to the customers.
