Can't add a Job to a Project

Problem

You are unable to add a job to a project because the job's service location doesn't match the project's.

Solution

Change the job's service location

  1. Go to the job that you would like to associate with the project. Only jobs or visits that occur in the same location can belong to the same project.

  2. Click Edit .

  3. Change the Location field so that it matches the project's service location.

  4. Add the job to the project.
