How can I allow a user to add or edit Blocked Numbers?

Problem

One of my employees can't add or edit blocked numbers.

Solution

Follow the steps to grant the necessary permission to the employee to add blocked numbers.

Enable a permission

1. Go to Settings > People > Employees.

2. Find the employee and click Edit  .

3. Go to the Permissions sections.

4. Find the Phone Settings permission and click to enable it. 

5. When finished, click Save Changes.
