How can you edit existing sale tasks in ServiceTitan?

Problem

I don't know if there is a way to edit existing sale tasks and how I can review and manage these tasks.

Solution

Use the three ways to edit membership sale tasks.

Edit membership sale tasks

1. You can edit membership sale tasks one by one:        

   1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings > Invoicing > Membership type.

   2. Edit the membership type that the sale task is attached to.

   3. Go to Billing > New sale task.

   4. Make the changes to the sales task.

   5. Click Save.

2. You can make the changes to the sale task in Pricebook:        

   1. Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook > Services.

   2. Search the sale task.

   3. Edit the sale task.

   4. Click Save.

3. You can export the pricebook to Excel to allow faster changes in bulk:        

   1. Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook > Import/Export.

   2. Select the Export tab and export your pricebook to MS Excel.

   3. In MS Excel, review and edit sale tasks as needed.

   4. Import the updated pricebook back into ServiceTitan.

This process helps in efficiently managing and editing your sale tasks.
