Problem
The technician did not collect an e-signature for a job, and you cannot send e-signature requests from the office side.
Solution
Follow these steps to collect e-signatures after the job is done:
Open the job details for the job needing the e-signature.
Add a new appointment to this job. Make sure it's for the same job number.
Wait for the technician to arrive at the job site.
Once the technician is on site, they should send the e-signature link to the customer.
The customer can then sign the document electronically.
