Problem

Discounts and fees are not visible in ServiceTitan Mobile.

Solution

Make discounts visible on mobile estimates.

Add a category to the discount

Note: Regardless of whether you're using a Service discount or a Discounts and Fees discount, the item should have a category to be used in ServiceTitan Mobile. For more, see Add discounts and fees.

  1. Check if the discount is in a category. If not, you need to add it.

  2. In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.

  3. In the side panel, click Discounts & Fees.

  4. Choose the discount you want to add to the mobile estimate.

  5. Click Edit to edit the discount.

  6. Scroll down to the Categories field.

  7. Assign the discount to a category. In ServiceTitan Mobile, you can find and select the discount to the estimate.

Note: If your Pricebook categories are assigned to business units, make sure your discount is assigned to a category that aligns with that business unit.
