The Forms report template provides insight into technician compliance, customer interactions, and operational processes. This helps you improve quality control, address customer issues with documented form history, and ensure forms are being completed effectively.

Creating custom reports is available only to contractors on the Works package or Legacy/Non-Packaged contractors. Contractors on the Starter and Essentials packages have access to built-in reports.

Things to know
Forms in an incomplete state aren't included in this report. If you have a form and want to make sure technicians are filling it out, activate the form and assign form triggers.
If you're unsure which columns you want to include in your report, use the Reporting Dictionary to search for appropriate data fields.
Report examples
Create a report to track technician compliance. This helps you monitor which technicians are consistently completing their forms, ensuring adherence to operational processes and safety protocols. It can highlight areas where additional training or reminders may be needed.
Run a report on customer interaction documentation. This report provides a documented history of interactions, which is beneficial for addressing customer issues, resolving disputes, and ensuring that all necessary information and agreements are properly recorded.
Create a report for operational process efficiency. This report helps you analyze the completion status and timeliness of forms essential to operational processes. It can help identify bottlenecks and ensure that forms are completed effectively at different stages of a Job or process.
Create a Forms report
Follow the steps to create a custom report based on the Forms template and select the columns to include in your report.
The template has the following columns selected by default:
Form ID: The ID number for the form.
Name: The name of the form.
State: The current state of the form. Can be Saved or Completed.
Last Modified Date: The date indicating when the data in the form was last updated.
Assigned To: What the form is assigned to. Can be Job, Call, Customer, Location, or Equipment.
Completer: The employee who completed or saved the form.
Tip: Hover over the name of the column to see a short description.
You can customize the report by selecting additional columns from these sections:
Customer Details: Details about the customer associated with what the form is assigned to, such as Customer Name, Customer Type, Customer Tags, New or Existing Customer, and more.
Location Details: Details about the location associated with what the form is assigned to, such as Location Name, Location Tags, Location Zone, Location Preferred Technician, Location Equipment Records, and more.
Run a report
Click the From - To field to set date filters. You can: [DATE PICKER SNIPPET]
Use the calendar to select a specific date range and click Apply.

Today: From 12:00 AM to the current time
Yesterday: Previous day, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM
Last 7 Days: Previous seven days, including the current date
Last 14 Days: Previous 14 days, including the current date
Last 30 Days: Previous 30 days, including the current date
Month to Date: From the first of the current month to the current day
Last Month: Entire month before the current month. For example, if the date is February 5, the entire month of January.
Last 90 Days: Previous 90 days, including the current date
This Quarter: Current quarter, including future dates. For example, if the date is April 25, from April 1 - June 30.
Last Quarter: Entire quarter before the current quarter. For example, if the date is April 25, from January 1 - March 31.
Quarter to Date: From the first day of the current quarter to the current day
Year to Date: From January 1 of the current year to the current day
Last 365 Days: Previous 365 days, including the current date
Last Year: January 1 - December 31 of the previous calendar year
Click the State field to filter by the state of the form. You can select Completed or Saved. By default, this includes all states.

Use the Customer field to search for a specific customer associated with the form. You can only filter for a single customer at a time.

Click the Name field to search for or select a specific form to filter for. By default, this includes all forms. You can select multiple forms.

When you're finished, click Run Report.
Tip: Click Edit Columns to add and remove columns. For further customization, you can also arrange report columns and apply filters.
