Problem
Categories are not showing up in ServiceTitan Mobile.
Solution
Follow the steps below to see all the intended categories on ServiceTitan mobile.
Find missing categories
Check the Pricebook settings in ServiceTitan.
Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.
Select Categories.
Find the missing category. Make sure the Hide in mobile option is not selected.
Ensure all business units match the correct technicians and all categories are activated.
Update the Technician Profile settings.
Go to the navigation bar and click Settings
.In the side panel, click People.
Select Technicians.
Find the technician's profile you want to edit—for example, Adriana.
Click the technician's profile to edit it.
Add the missing categories to the technician's profile.
Test the categories on the mobile app.
Log in to ServiceTitan Mobile as the technician.
Check if the previously missing categories are now visible.
