Problem
You need to update the pricing for items in your catalog because the prices have changed.
Solution
Update your pricing regularly to ensure your business reflects the most current costs.
Update your prices with Pricebook Connect
Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.
In the side menu, select Pricebook Connect > Catalogs.
Select a catalog.
Select an item you want to update.
Click Add to your pricebook. For more, see Update your pricebook with Pricebook Connect
Update your prices with editing mode
Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.
In the side menu, click Services, Materials, or Equipment, depending on the pricebook item you want to update.
Turn on the Edit Mode toggle and edit the price.
Or,Select the item you want to edit, click Actions and select the View/Edit option.

Update your prices with import and export
Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.
In the side menu, click Import / Export.
Export your pricebook.
Make changes in Microsoft Excel file.
Re-import your pricebook file to have the prices updated.
