Coming ST-80

Overview

The Financing Dashboard in Enterprise Hub shows Financing performance for every tenant in your network in one view. Administrators, accountants, and bookkeepers use it to compare financing results across companies without opening each account. You get one set of numbers for the whole group, with filters that stay consistent from tenant to tenant.

Who uses this feature

  • Administrators, accountants, and bookkeepers

  • Primarily benefits Residential Construction business types and Residential Service and Replacement business types

  • Applies to all trades

Feature configuration

  • This feature is currently in Private Preview and available for specific accounts. It is subject to change. If you want to enable this feature for your account, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

  • Account configuration is required to use this feature. Access is granted by request.

  • In order to use the Financing Dashboard in Enterprise Hub, each tenant you want to see must have at least one ServiceTitan financing integration enabled.

  • Your Enterprise Hub network must be on the Enterprise Plus package.

  • The View & Edit Financing Dashboard permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the Enterprise Hub administrator on your team.

Things to know

  • The Financing Dashboard in Enterprise Hub rolls up the same metrics you already see in each tenant's own Financing Dashboard.

  • Each tenant’s own dashboard is unchanged. You still reach it at Accounting > Financing > Dashboard inside that account.

  • A tenant with no active financing integration returns no financing data in the network view.

  • Companies are grouped by network in the tenant selector.

  • Business unit and job type options are grouped under the tenant that owns them. Two companies can use the same business unit name, so the grouping keeps them separate.

  • Results for a large network can take up to 30 seconds to return.

  • The dashboard is read-only. You cannot change financing settings from Enterprise Hub.

Best practices

  • Agree with your leadership team on a standard set of companies and a standard date range, so everyone reads the same numbers.

  • Compare companies on the same filters. Changing filters between companies is what created false mismatches in the old manual process.

  • Filter by financing provider before you shift volume between lenders, so you are comparing providers on the same population of jobs.

  • Export the table you need rather than screenshotting it. Exported files carry the filters you applied.

  • Reconcile financing revenue against your accounting software using the exported tenant performance table, not hand-copied figures.

  • Give the View & Edit Financing Dashboard permission only to the roles that need network-wide financial visibility.

Use cases

  • A group running five HVAC brands compares percent of revenue from financing across all five for the last 30 days, without opening five accounts.

  • An accountant filters by financing provider to find which lender returns the highest estimated application approval rate across the group, then shifts volume toward it.

  • A controller exports the company performance table and reconciles financing revenue against the accounting software.

  • A multi-market builder compares average financed ticket by tenant to see which markets support larger projects.

  • A regional leader reviews conversion rate by tenant to find where financing is offered least often, then directs coaching to those teams.

  • An administrator filters by job type to separate replacement projects from new construction across the whole network.

Before you begin

An Enterprise Hub administrator must grant the View & Edit Financing Dashboard permission to your role. Until they do, the Financing module returns nothing.

The permission sits in the Financing Dashboard section of the Enterprise Hub role editor, alongside the other Enterprise Hub permission groups. For the full procedure, see Set up Enterprise Hub role permissions.

Access the Financing Dashboard

  1. Sign in to Enterprise Hub.

  2. Click Financing.

  3. On the Financing Dashboard screen that opens, review the metrics. The dashboard opens on the last 30 days.

Filter the Financing Dashboard

  1. Set the date range. The dashboard opens on the last 30 days.

  2. In the tenant selector, select the tenants you want to include. Tenants are grouped by network.

  3. To narrow the results further, apply any of these filters:

    • Business Unit

    • Job Type

    • Financing Provider

    • Job Amount

Tip: Apply the same filters every time you compare companies. Consistent filters are what make the comparison reliable.

  4. The trends below each metric will change to match the filter set at the top, 30 days, 7 days, etc.

  5. Review the updated metrics. Results for a large network can take up to 30 seconds to return.

  6. To see additional information on each metric and the formula on how it was calculates, click the tooltip next to it.

Overview of financing revenue with definition and formula for understanding financial metrics.

  1. Go to the table you want to export.

  2. Click the Export button on that table.

  3. Select Excel, CSV, or PDF.

  4. Open the downloaded file. The export carries the filters you applied.
