Overview
You can set up email templates and send financing application links directly from the job or invoice page in ServiceTitan. This helps teams manage the sales process and increase your bottom without needing technicians in the field.
Who uses this feature
Administrators, office employees, managers, accountants, bookkeepers, dispatchers, and customer service representatives (CSRs)
Primarily for Residential Service
Feature configuration
Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.
The Edit email setting permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
Things to know
In order to send financing applications, you need to set up GoodLeap, Synchrony, GreenSky®, Wells Fargo, or Service Finance financing in ServiceTitan.
Create a financing email template
Go to the top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side panel, go to Invoicing > Email.
Click the Financing tab.

In the Body field, add the {FinancingApplicationLink} placeholder.
When finished, click Save.
Send a financing application link from an invoice
Search for and select the invoice you want to email a financing application link from.
Click Send Financing Application Link. The Email Invoice screen opens.

Fill out the email's details and body.
Select a financing partner from the dropdown.
Note: This dropdown only appears if you have more than one financing partner set up in your account.
When finished, click Send.
Send a financing application link from a job
Search for and select the job you want to email a financing application link from.
Click Job Actions > Send Financing Link. The Email Invoice screen opens.

Fill out the email's details and body. Select a financing partner from the dropdown.
Note: This dropdown only appears if you have more than one financing partner set up in your account.
When finished, click Send.
