Overview
Track how financing impacts your business with the Financing Dashboard. The Financing Dashboard allows you to see financing activities and trends, enabling you to make smarter business decisions.

Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.
Things to know
In order to use the Financing Dashboard, you must have at least one ServiceTitan financing integration enabled.
The Financing Dashboard is refreshed every 2 hours.
Update payment attributes
To see more accurate financing revenue, update the payment attributes of your financing payment types. This is used to allocate the financing revenue to the appropriate lender.
Go to navigation and click Settings
.In the side panel, click Invoicing > Payment and Invoice Types.
Click Edit to change an existing payment type.

Select the Attribute that matches the financing integration.
Note: If you don't see the matching financing integration, select the Financing (Other) attribute.

Click Save and repeat steps 1-5 for all of your financing payment types.
Access the Financing Dashboard
Go to the navigation bar and click Accounting
.In the side panel, go to Financing > Dashboard.

Filter the Financing Dashboard
Go to the navigation bar and click Accounting
.In the side panel, go to Financing > Dashboard.
Select your desired filters from the following dropdowns:
Date range
Partner
Business Units
Job Type
Technician
Job Amounts
If you want these filters to persist next time you open the Financing Dashboard, click Save Filters.

Financing Dashboard sections
Overview
The Overview section provides a high-level summary of your financing analytics. It includes:
Financing Revenue: The sum of financing income items (classified with a financing payment attribute) on completed residential job invoices.
Calculation: [Sum of prices of income items classified with a financing payment attribute on invoices of completed jobs]
Estimated Approval Rate: The estimated approval rate for applications submitted through the ServiceTitan Financing Integrations.
Caution: This calculation is just an estimate, and actual approval rates may vary.
Calculation: [Count of approved applications / Count of total applications]
Average Financed Ticket: Average estimate subtotal of closed residential opportunities that have a financing income item on the invoice (classified with a financing payment attribute).
Calculation: [Sum of estimate subtotals from closed opportunities / Count of closed opportunities with a financing income item]
Conversion Rate: Percent of completed residential jobs that are converted. A converted job is a completed job whose invoice subtotal is greater than $0.
Calculation: [Count of converted jobs] / [Count of completed jobs]

Revenue
The Revenue section compares your overall revenue with your financing revenue by using numbers and bar graphs. It includes:
Completed Revenue: The sum of income items on completed residential job invoices.
Calculation: [Sum of prices of income items on invoices of completed residential jobs]
Financing Revenue: The sum of financing income items (classified with a financing payment attribute) on completed residential job invoices.
Calculation: [Sum of prices of income items classified with a financing payment attribute on invoices of completed jobs]
% Revenue from Financing: The percent of completed revenue coming from financing income items (classified with a financing payment attribute).
Calculation: [Sum of financing income items on completed residential jobs invoices / Sum of prices of income items on invoices of completed residential jobs]
Bar Graph: The bar graph offers a visualization of your Non Financed Revenue compared to your Financed Revenue.
Tip: You can hover over any piece of the bar graph to see exact dollar amounts.
Operating Metrics
The Operating Metrics section outlines your employees' performance and how it affects your finances. It includes:
Average Ticket: Average estimate subtotal of closed opportunities.
Calculation: [Sum of estimate subtotals from closed opportunities] / [Count of closed opportunities]

Rate of Financing Sales Actions: The percentage of residential jobs with at least 3 or more estimates created. Percentage of residential jobs where the estimates were presented. The percentage of residential jobs where the Apply for Financing button was clicked. The percentage of residential jobs where an application was submitted through a ServiceTitan Financing integration.

Jobs
Total Jobs: Number of completed residential jobs.
Calculation: [Count of all completed residential jobs whose invoice subtotal is greater than $0]
Jobs Financed: Number of completed residential jobs that included a financing income item on the job invoice.
Calculation: [Count of all completed residential jobs whose invoice included a financing income item and subtotal is greater than $0]
Conversion Rate: Percent of completed residential jobs that are converted. A converted job is a completed job whose invoice subtotal is greater than $0.
Calculation: [Count of converted jobs] / [Count of completed jobs]
Financing Rate: Percent of completed residential jobs that are financed.
Calculation: [Jobs financed / Total completed residential jobs]
Value of Lost Jobs: The sum of average estimate subtotal of residential jobs greater than $1000 that aren't converted or canceled where financing was not offered in ServiceTitan.

Plan Performance: A report that displays how well your financing plans are doing. Plan performance data is calculated based on applications submitted through ServiceTitan only. Hover over the plan number to see the description of the plan.
Plan: The number of the financing plan set up in Settings > Integrations > Financing.
Partner: The financing integration used.
Applications: The amount of submitted financing applications.
Total Approved: The total dollar amount of approved financing transactions.
Average Loan: The average dollar amount of loans provided to customers.
% of Total Apps Submitted: The percentage of submitted applications for this plan compared to other plans.
Tip: You can hover over plan numbers to see their descriptions.

Application Source: A pie graph that displays the percentage of financing applications that are being submitted from the ServiceTitan mobile app and the Customer Portal.

Technician Performance: Aggregated performance data for technicians. Revenue may be distributed across multiple technicians assigned to the same job.
Technician: The name of the technician.
Jobs Completed: The amount of jobs assigned to the technician that are marked as Completed.
Total Revenue: The total revenue collected by the technician.
Average Financed Ticket: The average estimate subtotal of closed residential opportunities (excludes commercial) for the technician.
Conversion Rate: The percentage of completed jobs assigned to the technician that are converted.
Value of Lost Jobs: The sum of average estimate subtotal of residential jobs greater than $1000 that aren't converted or canceled where financing was not offered in ServiceTitan.
Estimate Presentation Rate: The percentage of jobs where the technician is presenting at least one estimate.
Application Submit Rate: The percentage of jobs where the technician is submitting at least one financing application.
