What you're seeing
You want a report showing how many statements were sent to customers — and which customers received them — but you're not sure which report has that information.
Why this happens
Reason 1
Customer statements are sent by email, so the record of who received one lives in the email reporting, not in a dedicated "statements sent" report.
The Email Delivery Status report tracks all outbound ServiceTitan emails, and you filter it down to just the statement emails.
How to fix it
1Run the Email Delivery Status report and filter to statements
On the navigation bar, go to Reports.
Search for the Email Delivery Status report. This report shows the delivery status of all your outbound ServiceTitan emails, and statements are sent by email.
Use the Email From Date – Email To Date filter to set the time frame.
Click Run Report.
When the report finishes, click the Filter icon on the Emailed Item column and select Customer Statement to show only the statement emails.
✓ Done · The report lists only the statement emails for your date range, so you can see how many statements were sent and which customers received them.
