How can I track CSR actions in ServiceTitan?

Create a custom report

The office audit trail report in ServiceTitan can help track some CSR activities. However, it only records if they take specific actions. Here's how to use it:

1. Go to the navigation bar and click Reports.

2. Click Create Report.

3. Choose the report type and the report template as Employees > Office Audit Trail.

4. Select the columns to be displayed in the report and click Next.
   

5. Set the report details and click Save.

Remember, this report might not show everything since it only records specific actions taken by CSRs.
