What is the process for exporting a list of customers to Excel in ServiceTitan?

Problem

Office employees need to export their customer list to Excel without applying any filters.

Solution

1. In ServiceTitan, go to the top toolbar and click Search .

2. Click the dropdown and then select Customers. Do not apply any filters. This pulls up all customer records in your account.

3. Click the Expandicon and then select Export to Excel (*.xlsx). 

4. Your customer list will start downloading in Excel format.
