I'm having an issue getting an email alert when I receive online payments.

Solution

Follow the steps below to receive email alerts.

Receive email alerts for online payments

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings.

  2. In the side panel click Invoicing > Online Payments.

  3. Find the Add emails for payment notification section.

  4. Click  .

  5. Enter your email address in this section to start receiving alerts.

  6. When finished, click Save.
